Troubleshooting for Clever Admins
User Access
If a user does not see the Teach to One Roadmaps icon in the Clever Portal, it is likely because they are not shared with our application.
To help identify why the user is not shared, use the Troubleshoot Sharing tool in Clever.
- In Clever, go to Support Tools > Troubleshoot Sharing
Most common solutions:
- Adjust sharing permissions
- Fix enrollments in SIS

- Field Access
- Add co-teachers in Clever
- Custom Data Overview, which allows you to create rostering data (e.g. sections, teachers, students, etc.) directly from the Clever Dashboard if necessary
Data incorrect in Clever
The source of truth for all data in Teach to One Roadmaps is your SIS and then Clever. As such, if data is incorrect in Roadmaps (e.g. a student is missing, name is incorrect, assigned to the wrong class), the issue will likely need to be resolved in your SIS or with the help of Clever.

Data incorrect in Teach to One Roadmaps
If data is incorrect in Teach to One Roadmaps, there are a few simple steps to take when troubleshooting. Begin by confirming the data is correct in your SIS and Clever and that the data is shared with Teach to One Roadmaps. You can use the Troubleshoot Sharing tool, to help identify if a student is shared correctly with the Roadmaps application. After following these steps, if the data is still incorrect in Roadmaps, reach out to Clever’s support team!
Most common solutions:
- Confirm data is correct in your SIS
- Confirm data is correct in Clever
- Confirm record is shared with Teach to One Roadmaps
- Wait 24 hrs – data is synced by Roadmaps nightly
- Contact Roadmaps Support via the Help Center
Logins to Teach to One Roadmaps
If a user encounters a problem after clicking on the Teach to One Roadmaps icon in the Clever Portal, please reach out to the Clever team. If the user has been shared for more than 24 hrs, the issue will need to be investigated and resolved by Clever.
To help identify why a user is unable to log in to an application, use Clever’s Troubleshoot Login tool.
- In Clever, go to Support Tools > Troubleshoot Login

- Allow 24 hrs for account to be created
