Quick Start Videos for Clever Admins

1. Create your Clever Account (Skip this step if your District already has a Clever Account.)
   1. Accept your invitation to Join Clever. Then Clever’s onboarding team will work closely with you to go through the setup process, which consists of:
      1. Creating a data connection with your SIS
      2. Configuring Clever logins

      3. Setting up the Clever Portal

         
         
2. Add the Teach to One Roadmaps app

   1. To add the Teach to One Roadmaps application, you can use this link: schools.clever.com/applications/add/roadmaps or search for “Teach to One Roadmaps”  in the “Add Applications” section of the Clever Dashboard.

      
      
3. Set sharing permissions
   1. These sharing permissions control what data we will have access to when creating accounts for your users. Additionally, it will determine which users will be able to see Teach to One Roadmaps in the Clever Portal.

Make sure these permissions are aligned with the licenses you have contracted for.
