Choosing a Rostering Option

Beginning the '23-'24 school year, you'll have two brand new options for getting schools, teachers, students, and classes set up in Teach to One Roadmaps!

You can now use Clever or our alternative Roadmaps Self-Setup option. Below you will find descriptions of both processes to review as you decide on how best to get set up.

Clever Secure Sync

Sync your students, teachers, and classes to Roadmaps from your student information system (SIS) securely and automatically through Clever, a widely-used third-party product that is free for school districts.

How it works:

Consider picking this method if any of the following apply to you:

• Your district already uses Clever
• You want Roadmaps to automatically sync with your student information system (SIS)
• Your Roadmaps student enrollment is large and/or will fluctuate a lot
• You want to use single sign-on (SSO) with Clever

• If you’re not already using Clever, but would like to: let us know so we can send you an invitation to sign up (it’s free!)

Roadmaps Self-Setup

Get started in Roadmaps in a few simple steps. We’ll invite an admin user to add other admins and teachers, and then the teachers will set up their classes and invite students to join them with a unique code. Teachers will manage their own class rosters throughout the school year.

• You want to add students, teachers, and classes at any time without waiting on a nightly sync
• Your district does not use a student information system (SIS)
• You’re a tutoring service
• You want to use single sign-on (SSO) with Google or Microsoft
