Troubleshooting Clever Login Issues

If you or your students are having trouble logging in from Clever but they have accounts, you can always log directly in to Roadmaps.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to ttoroadmaps.org/login
  2. Use the Clever SSO option to log in

Alternatively, if students are having trouble logging in you can generate a backup login code for the student to be able to log in via Clever. This will give them one-time access to Clever.

Here’s how:

  1. Teacher creates a backup login code for the student in the Clever Portal.
  2. Student clicks “Get help logging in” and selects “Log in with a Backup Code”

  1. Additionally, you will need to reach out to your IT team to get the original login issue resolved. Your tech support contact is listed on your school’s Clever login page.

Is the issue not resolved?

If you or your student(s) are unable to log in to Clever, please contact your district tech support contact. The tech support contact is listed on your school’s Clever login page. They will be able to assist you with things like:

  • Login problems
  • Roster issues
  • Adding co-teachers

If you or your student(s) are able to log in to Clever but not to Roadmaps, this is likely due to the timing of the necessary syncs. See article What Data Gets Synced and When for more information. The most common solution is to wait 24 hours for the account to be created. If you’ve already done that and the user still cannot log in, please get in touch with your district tech support contact or reach out to the Roadmaps Help Center.
