Allowlist Requirements for Browsers and Email Inboxes

This article includes more specific details about:

  1. Sites that your users will need to be able to access in order to use Roadmaps
  2. Our email domain and how to add it to your organization's approved/safe sender list, ensuring Roadmaps users will receive help responses, product updates, and tutorials

This should be used as a reference for district or site IT professionals who manage users' browser restrictions. The full allowlist can be found here: Roadmaps Allowlist for Browsers and Email Inboxes.

Required Sites for using the platform

If users do not have access to each of these domains, they will be unable to use the platform. If there is an issue with allowing users to access these sites, reach out to the Help Center immediately.

  • *.ttoroadmaps.org (main application for users to access)
  • *.classifylearning.com (main application for users to access)
  • *.learnosity.com (how we render assessments and questions)
  • *.pubnub.com (how we send push notification to users)

Required Sites for accessing lesson materials

If users do not have access to each of these sites, there will be lessons that they cannot access. They will still be able to use the platform, though. We recommend unblocking all listed learning material sites.

All other sites on the allowlist that are not listed by name elsewhere in this article are for learning materials. If you have any issues allowing certain sites, or feel that some content should be restricted more broadly, please contact our Help Center.

  • *.sentry.io (provided debug information about the user's experience)
  • *.fullstory.com (provided debug information about the user's experience)
